Senior Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs at Tribeca

Steven DeLuca has a diverse work experience in the field of legal and business affairs. Steven has held senior positions in various companies such as Tribeca Enterprises, where they currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs. Prior to that, they worked at Group Nine Media as Counsel, where they were responsible for structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements for content development and production. Steven also played a significant role in creating a rights and clearances process for the company.

Before joining Group Nine Media, Steven worked at The Weinstein Company for several years, progressively taking on more senior roles in the Business & Legal Affairs department. During their time there, they were involved in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements for the development, production, and distribution of motion pictures, including underlying rights, talent, and production services agreements. Steven also provided advice and guidance to different departments within the company on distribution, clearances, and rights issues.

Earlier in their career, Steven worked as an Associate Attorney at Wingate Kearney & Cullen, LLP, where they represented major financial institutions and handled estate administration matters. Steven also served as a Contracts Administrator at IMG, where they negotiated and drafted television production, license, and talent agreements. Additionally, they worked as an Accounting Intern and Junior Accountant at IMG, where they assisted with financial analyses, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Steven's work experience demonstrates their expertise in legal and business affairs, as well as their ability to negotiate and draft various types of agreements.

Steven DeLuca received their Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Finance from Binghamton University School of Management, completing it from 1997 to 2001.
