Shane Benedicto

Shane Benedicto has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries.

Starting in 2001, Shane worked as a Systems Analyst at OOCL for almost a decade before transitioning to Accenture in 2011, where they served as a Team Leader for several months.

Following that, Shane joined Teradata in 2012 and held roles as a Senior Technical Consultant and later as a Manager. In this position, they were responsible for managing a team of 30 resources and 2 sub leads, overseeing project delivery, and implementing various people management practices. They also played a vital role in pre-sales activities, continuous practice efficiency improvement, and collaborating with support groups. Shane's tenure at Teradata lasted until 2014.

After that, they joined Macquarie Group as a Senior Manager, where their responsibilities included managing operations and teams. They held this position until 2017.
