Amy Graves, MBA, is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience across multiple companies and regions. Currently serving as the Regional Property Manager at TriBridge Residential, Amy won the 2023 Regional Property Manager of the Year Award and oversees nine properties in Nashville, TN, Greenville, SC, and the Carolinas. Previous roles include Area Manager at West Shore, where Amy collaborated with on-site staff to achieve occupancy and financial targets, and Community Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, where Amy maintained high occupancy rates and enhanced operating metrics. With a strong background in community management and marketing, Amy’s career highlights include significant improvements in occupancy, revenue, and overall property value across various organizations. Amy earned an MBA in Marketing and a BSBA in Business/Marketing from East Carolina University.
