Ine Guisson

Ine Guisson is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur who has owned Conox since 2019 and has been the managing director / CEO of Tribù since 2024. Their career encompasses general management, sales and marketing leadership, change management, and organizational design, with prior roles at Nokia (Head of Global Gear Sales Development, Operator Channel, 2008–2012) and Xerox (VP Commercial Service in 2015 and Managing Director Belgium). They are an active board member at different companies and work as a business coach at Vlerick business school. Their education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (marketing specialization) and a Bachelor in Business Management (marketing) from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven, a psychology degree specializing in organizational and consumer psychology from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, and studies in psychology at The Manchester Metropolitan University (Erasmus).
