Willem Boogaerts is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing, communications, and brand management. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Tribù since July 2023, Willem is responsible for defining and driving a global marketing plan. Previously, as Marketing & Media Director at Pro League, August 2022 to October 2023, Willem led the marketing and media strategy while managing a marcom team. Prior roles include driving communications and marketing for the city of Hasselt and overseeing brand and communication strategies for KRC Genk. Willem's career also includes significant contributions to Mediahuis België in various managerial roles related to sponsorship and events, as well as experience in sales and marketing at The Entertainment Group and CIGNA. Academically, Willem holds a Master in Communication Sciences from KU Leuven, a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Europea, and is currently pursuing management training at Vlerick Business School.
