Carla Rahal Benedetti

Carla Rahal Benedetti is a Desembargadora at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo since November 2024 and has been a Mestre e Doutora in Direito Penal at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo since February 2015. Previously, Carla served as a Sócia Advogada and Chief Legal Officer at Viseu Advogados from December 2013 to November 2024 and owned Carla Rahal Advogados Associados from May 2007 to December 2014, specializing in Corporate Criminal Law. Carla co-founded the Rahal, Chiarella e Dias Instituto Jurídico, serving as a pedagogical coordinator for a decade, and has contributed to the field through lectures and publications on criminal law and compliance. Carla holds a master’s and PhD in criminal law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a law degree from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
