Megan Fawcett Bray

Megan Fawcett Bray is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Organizational Development at Tribune Publishing since June 2016. In this role, Megan oversees training initiatives across multiple companies, including the Daily Press and Hartford Courant, and implements national programs related to performance management and e-learning. Previously, Megan was a Training Specialist at the Daily Press, where responsibilities included designing and facilitating various training programs and winning the company's 2015 Excellence Award. With a background in corporate human resources at Smithfield Packing and Norfolk Southern, Megan has developed diverse training programs, managed employee relations, and led recruitment efforts. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
