As Vice President of Learning and Development at Zillow Group, Corina oversees the company’s talent development and talent management strategy and programs. She and her team focus on empowering employees to build long-lasting and meaningful careers by constantly evolving the learning and career development offerings in both tactical and interpersonal skills growth with an emphasis on leadership development. Corina also oversees the deep functional training to support all business verticals from Premier Agent to Zillow Offers.
Corina joined Zillow Group in 2013, prior to which she spent 15 years at Nordstrom leading all compensation functions for corporate-based positions. Before Nordstrom she worked as a recruiter at Lockheed Martin.
Corina earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
