He is a featured Forbes HR Council author on topics including HR best practices, HR transformation, and scaling for growth and the workplace of the future.

Naveen currently serves as the EVP and Chief People Officer at Medidata Solutions (a Life Sciences Cloud SaaS company) and leads all aspects of global human resources, including recruiting, workplace solutions, diversity and inclusion, talent development and management, and people communications. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Naveen serves as a business strategist and trusted advisor and believes that people strategies empower successful business outcomes.
