Courtney Gould Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Courtney is currently working at Tribute Technology as the Chief Customer Officer. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Tribute Technology.

From 2016 onwards, Courtney worked at MKJ Marketing as the Head of Strategy. Courtney was responsible for creating MKJ's Digital 360 program and served as a fractional marketing executive for large funeral and cemetery companies.

Courtney Gould Miller has a diverse education history. Courtney received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development and Political Science, with a double major, from Vanderbilt University in 2007. In 2006, they attended Capital Normal University for a short duration, where they studied Mandarin, Political Science, and Theory. Courtney then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Tsinghua University in 2010.

In 2015-2016, Courtney attended Duke University and earned a Digital Media and Marketing Certificate. Their studies in this program included various areas such as social media, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion, display marketing, and email marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Courtney has also earned several certifications in digital marketing. In 2016, they obtained certifications as a Search Engine Optimization Practitioner, Conversion Optimization Practitioner, Email Marketing Practitioner, Content Marketing Trained Practitioner, Display Advertising Trained Practitioner, Digital Marketing Foundations Trained Practitioner, and Social Media Trained Practitioner from Market Motive.
