Andrew Horn has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Andrew began their career in 2008 as Office Manager at Diversified Search, where they were responsible for the coordination and development of active and prospective client searches. In 2009, they founded and served as Executive Director of Dreams For Kids DC, a non-profit organization that empowers young people of all abilities. In 2011, they became Chief Operating Officer of The Intrigue Agency and Founder of AbilityList, an online network that links 56 million people with disabilities in the United States with those who serve them. In 2014, they joined Telegraph Branding as Director of Business Development and Co-Founded Tribute.co, which was recently called "Hallmark 2.0" by The New Yorker. Andrew also has been a professional speaker and communication coach since 2010 at their own company, ItsAndrewHorn.com.
Andrew Horn attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business.
