Thibaud Bussiere

Thibaud Bussiere is the EVP and GM of Product Business Performance at Tricentis. In this role, he is responsible for the growth and business strategy of the Tricentis product portfolio. He has extensive experience in application performance issues having led multiple R&D teams.

Prior to Tricentis, Thibaud was the CEO and co-Founder of Neotys, a performance testing company which was acquired by Tricentis in 2021. The flagship product, NeoLoad, has provided end-to-end performance validation to more than 1,600 organizations globally and across 60 countries. The company helped them deploy and scale their performance engineering practice across their Centers of Excellence and DevOps organizations, and across all their applications: packaged apps, Web, Mobile, IoT and APIs. Thibaud played an active part in the R&D Department until 2008 when he focused on structuring and managing the company.

He began his career as a developer and architect with the software publisher Calendra, a specialist in Identity Management.
