Michael Williams

Michael Williams is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project leadership and execution. Currently serving as Business Unit Leader and Senior Project Manager at TRICO Companies, LLC since January 2023, Michael previously spent nearly three decades at Bayley Construction, advancing through various roles to Sr. Project Executive with a focus on sustainability. Key projects include notable renovations and developments such as Westlake Mall, Kress Building, and multiple educational facilities across Washington state. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and began a career in the industry with an internship at Bayley Construction while also working as a barista at Starbucks Coffee Company.
