With extensive experience in the retail and beauty industries, Elizabeth has held prominent roles including President of Milan Laser Hair Removal and Chief Transformation Officer at Neiman Marcus Group. Formerly a Senior Vice President at JCPenney, Elizabeth managed significant e-commerce and Sephora divisions. Elizabeth has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business Marketing Institute.
