Max Gallagher

Max Gallagher is an experienced IT Analyst with a strong background in providing technical support and managing IT infrastructure. Currently employed at Tricoci since September 2018, Max supports approximately 1,700 employees across multiple locations, overseeing endpoints and network equipment, administering device management for Apple devices, and managing cloud-based services. Prior to this, Max worked at Jacobs from November 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included IT support for numerous offices, coordinating a major acquisition integration project, and deploying software solutions. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Computer Support Technician and Web Developer at Community High School District 155, delivering desktop support and training to staff while maintaining and troubleshooting hardware. Max holds an Associate of Arts degree from McHenry County College.
