Ryan Osborn, CPSR, is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter at TriCom Technical Services, where responsibilities include recruiting talent for clients and matching candidates to suitable positions since May 2016. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1996 and 2000.
