Kevin Baldridge

President, TAH & COO, Tricon Residential at Tricon American Homes

Mr. Baldridge is responsible for the Company’s overall operating activities, including acquisitions/dispositions, renovations and property management. He also establishes and carries out the vision and strategic direction of the organization and serves as the company’s liaison to Tricon Capital Group, TAH’s parent company. Prior to joining TAH in May 2015, Mr. Baldridge served as President of Irvine Company Apartment Communities, where he oversaw all aspects of a 55,000 unit portfolio of multi-family units in coastal California markets.

Mr. Baldridge holds a Master of Finance and Accounting from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is President of the National Rental Home Council and is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Hope In Motion International, a charity that delivers medical services and supplies to Latin American communities. He has also held board positions on the National Multifamily Housing Council, the California Apartment Association, the Orange County charity Families Forward, Serving People in Need and JSerra Catholic High School.
