David Alabarce has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. David started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Cargill in 1996 and then moved on to Duratex S.A. as an Accounting Analyst from 2003 to 2007. David further progressed to becoming an Accounting Analyst at TPI - Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos S/A from 2007 to 2008. Following that, they worked as an Accounting Supervisor at SKY Brasil from 2008 to 2013, where they were responsible for financial statements preparation and reporting. David then joined Damásio Educacional as an Accounting Manager and Tax professional, overseeing the implementation of new accounting policies and resolving operational issues. In 2015, they joined Nextel Telecommunications Ltd as an Accounting Manager and Accounts Receivable, handling financial statements preparation and reporting as well as engagement in SEC filing preparation. Currently, they are working as an Accounting and Finance Manager at Tricon Energy Brazil Ltd, managing a team of six employees and responsible for financial investment, accounts payable and receivable, collection, and financial statement preparation and reporting.
David Alabarce obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Management and Audit from Universidade São Judas Tadeu from 1997 to 2001. David later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management, Accounting, and Auditing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2011 and 2013. In 2019, they attended Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and completed a course called "Formação de Controller" in the field of Controladoria e Finanças. Additionally, in February 2020, David obtained a certification titled "Como Criar um Perfil no LinkedIn para ter Sucesso Empresarial" from LinkedIn.
