Derek Lush has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Derek'smost recent position was as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Tricon International, Ltd., where they served as the lead market analyst for the world's largest Caustic Soda and Polyvinyl Chloride trading organization. In this role, Derek personally developed production economics models for various products, including Caustic Soda, PVC, and Alumina, by understanding production methods and market dynamics. Derek also met with upper management, suppliers, and customers to aid in building the supply and demand portfolio.

Prior to their role at Tricon International, Derek held the position of President at Leeds Investment and Trading Group from 2018 to 2020. In this position, they demonstrated leadership skills and made significant contributions to the organization.

Derek's internship experience includes working at PanXchange, Inc. in 2019 and at Fast Enterprises, LLC in 2018. These roles provided him with valuable industry exposure and practical learning experiences.
