Rafael Gerlein

Rafael Gerlein is an experienced professional with a strong background in the plastics and materials management sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director Americas and previously as Polyethylene Product Manager at Tricon International, Ltd. since June 2004, Rafael has contributed significantly to the company's growth and product management. Prior experience includes a role in Materials Management at Monomeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A. from 1997 to 2002. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice University (2002-2004) and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Norte (1993-1998).
