Bree Callahan

Bree Callahan, CFA, is currently the Manager of Asset Management at Tricon Residential, where responsibilities include managing high-quality rental housing solutions across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to this role, Bree served as an Analyst in Asset Management at Crown Realty Partners, focusing on optimizing commercial real estate assets. Previous experience includes a position as an Analyst in the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps, performing market value appraisals and financial modeling. Bree's career also included roles at Cidel as a Senior Associate Wealth Consultant, managing private client accounts and institutional investments. Early experience involved coordinating donor relations at the Canadian Opera Company and teaching English. Bree holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Economics, French, and Italian from the University of Toronto.
