Vice Presidents, Investments at Tricon Residential

Todd Rosa has extensive experience in the real estate industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Starting in 2002, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for Pacific Century Homes, where they played a crucial role in starting up and managing company operations. During their time there, they closed $500 million worth of real estate transactions and secured over $900 million in debt and equity for acquisitions and development projects.

In 2009, Todd joined Southland Development Company Inc as a Managing Director, responsible for executing the company's business plan and overseeing day-to-day operations. Todd successfully implemented programmatic joint ventures, providing over $15 million in capital to single-family home operators, with an average return on equity of nearly 40%.

In 2013, Todd became the Vice President and Director of Investment Acquisitions at Hearthstone, a national leader in investing in single-family homebuilding and residential land development projects. During their nine-year tenure, Hearthstone managed over $12 billion in investments and completed the construction of over 111,000 homes and residential lots in 20 states.

Since May 2022, Todd has been working at Tricon Residential as the Vice President of Investments. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing and managing residential development projects and partnerships for Tricon's single-family rental build-to-rent platform. This involves overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, closing, and investment management of Tricon's build-to-rent projects.

Todd Rosa attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles from 1990 to 1994. Todd then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Pomona College from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Todd completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Southern California.
