Yves Cheung, Ph.D., CFA, is an accomplished professional in the real estate development sector with extensive experience in planning and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at Tricon Residential, Yves has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Planning and Acquisitions at Empire Communities and Director of Acquisitions and Development for the GTA Urban division at Mattamy Homes. Yves also contributed to Tridel as Senior Manager of Project Analytics & Feasibility. Academically, Yves holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Immunology and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Immunology, both from the University of Toronto.
