Jessica Zych

Jessica Zych has had a diverse work experience in human resources. Jessica started their career at McKesson in 2006, working in human resources until 2012. Jessica then joined Western Technical College as an adjunct instructor from 2012 to 2016. In 2012, Jessica also joined Hawkins Ash CPAs, LLP as the Manager of Human Resources, a role they held until 2016. Currently, they are working at TRICOR Insurance, where they started as the Director of Human Resources in 2016 and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2018.

Jessica Zych completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Upper Iowa University in 2017, with a focus on Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Viterbo University. Jessica also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Technical College - Company.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. Jessica obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) in April 2015.
