Heather Savage has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources.

Starting in 2000, they worked as a Store Manager at Discount Decorating Outlet for four years. From 2004 to 2007, they served as an HR Generalist at Touchette Regional Hospital.

In 2007, they joined St. Elizabeth's Hospital as a Sr. Consultant, Human Resources. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Contract Recruiter at Benskin & Hott Talent Partners. In 2020, they joined TricorBraun as a Senior/Lead Recruiter.

Heather Savage received their Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in the years 1996-2000. Heather also obtained certifications including Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in May 2016 and Culture of Accountability Champion from Outcome Engenuity LLC, although the specific month and year of obtaining the latter certification are unknown.
