Nicholas Case

Nicholas Case has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Nicholas currently works as a Quality Assurance Lead at TricorBraun since February 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Product Technician at Pacific Bag, Inc. where they inspected finished goods for conformance to specifications and addressed customer concerns. From 2014 to 2015, Nicholas worked at Starbucks in various roles including Global Operations Innovation Lab Partner, Shift Supervisor, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Barista. In these roles, they tested new processes and products, trained and coached teams, managed store staffing and inventory, and addressed barista needs and concerns.

Nicholas Case received their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington in the period of 2004 to 2015.
