Richelle Jacobs

Richelle Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richelle currently works as an Account Manager at TricorBraun since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HTI Plastics from 2003 to 2022, where they held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. In these roles, they developed and maintained strategic alliances with multiple partners, collaborated with cross-functional departments, and acted as a liaison between clients and in-house teams to deliver customized solutions. Before HTI Plastics, Richelle worked at Union Insurance Company/Continental Western Group as a Casualty Claims Representative from 1993 to 2002. During this time, they advocated for agents and customers in the claims process, analyzed and evaluated property/casualty claims, and applied their knowledge of insurance coverages and regulations. Richelle began their career at Experian/MetroMail Corporation in 1988 as an Operations Specialist, where they managed network performance, improved existing processes, and provided training and support for internal tools.

Richelle Jacobs obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Relations and Public Administration from Doane University from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they received the ISO 9001:2008/ISO 13485:2003 Internal Auditor certification from Dan Johnson in February 2010, and the ISO 9001:2000 certification from the same institution in June 2004.
