Joe O'Connell

Joe O'Connell is an Automation Engineer at TriCore, Inc. since June 2021, bringing a strong background in engineering and coaching to the role. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Fishers High School, focusing on offensive strategy, and coaching 14U and 12U teams at CATS Lacrosse and Midwest Express Lacrosse, respectively. Joe has also worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Dynamic Systems 2 course at Ohio Northern University, supporting students in laboratory exercises, and interned in Research and Development Engineering at PTS Diagnostics, where 3D modeling in SolidWorks was a key responsibility. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University in 2021.
