Diane Sanchez Rodriguez

Diane Sanchez Rodriguez, SPHR, currently serves as an HCM Business Partner at TriCore Reference Laboratories, focusing on Employee Relations since January 2017. Prior to this role, Diane accumulated substantial experience in human resources and management, including positions such as HR Specialist, Executive Administrative Assistant, and HR Coordinator at Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown from March 2007 to January 2017, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, HRIS implementation, and corporate training. Additionally, Diane held the role of Company Manager at Y&D Transport between March 2011 and August 2014, overseeing financial statements and compliance with labor regulations, and previously operated Earth Magic from October 1995 to October 2006, managing all aspects of the business including hiring and payroll processing. Diane is a graduate of the UNM Anderson School of Management and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
