John Allen

John Allen has a strong work experience spanning several years. John began their career as the Director of Operations at Centura Health, where they oversaw non-nursing clinical services in various healthcare settings. John also served as the Director of Operations for Ancillary Services, managing clinical ancillary departments and contracts for outside services.

John then worked at Atria Assisted Living, Inc as the Executive Director, responsible for all departments at the facility and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.

Next, they joined Curative Health Services as the Program Director and later became the Director, leading the non-healing wound center and improving its financial operations.

Later, they joined National Jewish Health where they held several positions, including Director of ADx Laboratories and Senior Director of Operations at Tricore Reference Laboratory. At National Jewish Health, they were involved in the development and implementation of branding and marketing programs, leading to significant growth, and worked on the development of unique test methodologies.

Throughout their career, John Allen has demonstrated strong leadership, financial management, and marketing skills in healthcare organizations.

John Allen earned their BS degree in Medical Technology/Microbiology from Colorado State University, where they attended from 1970 to 1974. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Management from 1985 to 1988.
