Stephanie Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez is an experienced histotechnologist and medical laboratory scientist with a robust career spanning over two decades in clinical and research settings. Currently serving as a Histotechnologist III at TriCore Reference Laboratories since June 2022, Stephanie previously held roles at Quest Diagnostics and PhenoPath, where significant contributions included supervising laboratory operations and leading a team dedicated to FISH assays. Stephanie's earlier experiences include managing a histology laboratory at Primal, Inc., and performing a variety of histology and molecular techniques at notable institutions such as The Hope Heart Institute and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. A graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Pharmacology/Toxicology, Stephanie brings a strong foundation in laboratory science and a comprehensive skill set in validation, optimization, and quality assurance.
