James Lawler

James Lawler has a diverse work experience. James started their career as a Junior Developer at Tricostar in 2005 and later took on roles as an Account Development Manager and Partner. In 2011, they joined Zest Digital as a Director. In 2017, they became the Commercial Director at Tricostar Software Ltd. James is currently serving as the Managing Director at the same company. Alongside their professional roles, James Lawler also owns JAY+BEA since 2020. In 2021, they joined Loser Club as a Strategic Advisor. Prior to their professional career, they served as a Rifleman in the Territorial Army, Royal Green Jackets from 2004 to 2006.

James Lawler attended The Royal Latin Grammar School from 1999 to 2005, studying A/lvl Media, Geography, Graphic Design, and As/lvl Music Technology. Prior to that, they attended Milton Keynes Preparatory School from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, James Lawler obtained several certifications, including ADPP Member from APMG International in 2020, CAA Flight Radiotelephony Operators License and CAA JAR Private Pilot's License from RAF Halton, UK in 2010, and ILM Level 5 Award in Management and ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2008.
