Edwin de Jonge

Edwin de Jonge is a statistical consultant and methodologist at Statistics Netherlands, where they specialize in data visualization, network analysis, machine learning, and R programming. Currently, they serve as a course leader and statistical consultant at Tridata, where they also provide training in R, Python, and Julia programming. With a background in theoretical and computational physics, Edwin has a research interest in computational statistics and has authored multiple R software packages as well as a book on RStudio. Their recent projects include large-scale population network analysis and advanced data cleaning algorithms. Edwin holds an MSc in Physics from Radboud University and continues their education at Dominicus College Nijmegen.
