Winson Chan

Winson Chan, KStG, FRI, CIPS, CLHMS, MBA, currently serves as Chair of the National Member Advisory Council and as a Faculty Member for the Real Estate Institute of Canada, alongside holding multiple leadership roles, including National President from 2018 to 2019. With extensive experience at Tridel as Vice President of Sales Development and while serving as Broker of Record at Del Realty Incorporated, Winson has cultivated a robust career in real estate since 1994. Current positions also include Regional Director for Ontario at The Canadian Real Estate Association, Director of FIABCI-Canada, Co-Chair for the Capital Campaign Cabinet at Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation, and Director for the Toronto Chapter of the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association. Winson is a founding director of the Greater Toronto Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and holds various academic credentials, including degrees from the University of Toronto and certifications from distinguished real estate and land economist institutes.
