Marlo Sutphin

Marlo Sutphin is an experienced project manager in the construction industry, currently employed at Trident Construction, LLC since May 2021. Previously, Marlo held similar project management roles at Chastain Construction, Inc. from July 2020 to May 2021, and at Chastain Construction from December 2013 to July 2020 as a superintendent. Marlo's expertise includes managing construction projects within the commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors, emphasizing project accountability, contract negotiation, budget oversight, and staff management. Prior to these roles, Marlo served as a project coordinator at Cooper River Contracting and as a lead fabricator at Professional Constructors Inc. Marlo also co-owned and managed projects at Arris Building Group from January 2009 to October 2011. Marlo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Timberframe Architecture and Construction from the American College of the Building Arts, obtained in 2010.
