Mohanraj Kumaraswamy has a solid work experience in the recruitment industry. Mohanraj started their career in 2013 as a US IT Recruiter at Infomatics, Inc., a professional services and software consulting company based in Michigan. In 2015, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter and achieved the "Recruitment Excellence Award" in 2016. In 2017, they transitioned to Trident Consulting Inc., where they currently hold the position of Recruitment Manager. In this role, they have received several accolades including the "Recruitment Excellence" award in 2018-19 and 2020, "Purple Squirrel Hunter" of the year in 2021, and "Above and Beyond Recruitment" of the year in 2021. Trident Consulting is a Silicon Valley-based IT talent management company with a focus on building technology teams in global corporations.
