Navaneethan Elango has held various roles in the recruitment industry since 2017. Navaneethan began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TechDigital Corporation, where they were responsible for the full execution of the recruitment process, job interviewing schedules, and exploring new recruitment channels. In 2019, they moved to IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. In 2020, they joined Trinity Technology Solutions as an Account Lead and Sr Recruiter/Recruitment Lead. Currently, they are a Sr Technical Recruiter at Trident Consulting.

Navaneethan Elango completed their B.E. in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology between 2011 and 2015.
