Vijaya Sampath

Vijaya Sampath has worked in the IT Recruiting field since 2012. Vijaya began their career at Tenpath as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, where they were responsible for understanding and analyzing client requirements and sourcing candidates for open job requisitions. In 2017, they joined Inuson Private Limited as the MRE & Sourcing Team Lead/US IT Recruiting Lead, where they were responsible for making the team members achieve the targets and take Quality leads, as well as improving the MRE process and providing suggestions and solutions to the management. Currently, Vijaya is a Sr. US IT Recruiter at Trident Consulting.
