Alexander Bills

Alexander Bills is a Learning and Development Coordinator at Trident Energy since July 2025, with previous experience as a People Development & Talent Coordinator at ARDEX UK from August 2021 to July 2025. At ARDEX UK, Alexander designed and implemented training initiatives that enhanced employee growth and leadership capabilities. Prior to this, Alexander served as an HR SSO Specialist at Informa from June 2019 to September 2021, where involvement included supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Alexander began the career as a Graduate Trainee at Toppesfield Limited from December 2017 to February 2019, focusing on sales and client relations. Academically, Alexander holds a Master of Science in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Paleontology from the same institution.
