Chris Watton

Chris Watton is a financial professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Trident Energy since February 2018, Chris oversees the accounting functions for multiple support service companies and prepares consolidated and standalone financial statements under IFRS. Prior to this role, Chris held positions at Perenco as Senior Group Accountant and Group Accountant, where responsibilities included the preparation of group accounts under IFRS. Chris's career started at Mazars UK as an Audit Senior in the Business Advisory Services department.
