Khaled Ghaith

Khaled Ghaith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Internal Audit at Trident Energy since November 2021, Khaled is responsible for establishing the Risk Management Function and supporting the enterprise risk management processes. Previously, as Vice President of Financial Governance and Reporting at Mubadala, Khaled led risk management, governance, and internal control initiatives. Khaled's prior roles include Risk Management and Governance Lead at GSK, Principal Business Risk Auditor at Shell, and Risk Assurance Manager at PwC UK, where Khaled managed various risk assurance and audit projects. Khaled holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. Khaled earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University.
