Jashobanta Parhi

Jashobanta Parhi has over three decades of extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Trident Hotels since 2007. Prior experience includes various roles at The Oberoi Group from October 1985 to 2007, progressing from Supervisor of Industrial Relations and Personal Management to Senior Manager of HR & Administration. Jashobanta holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and has received education from prominent institutions, including the Institute of Hotel Management, Indian Society for Behavioural Science (ISABS), Utkal University, and Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
