Kyle Valway's work experience begins in 2003 as a Construction Foreman for All Phases Construction, where they managed a 5-person crew and participated in planning and engineering for multiple projects. In 2010, they joined the US Army as an Infantry Officer, eventually becoming an Assistant Operations Officer, Logistics Officer, and Heavy Weapons Platoon Leader. In 2014, they transitioned to Kenny Construction Company as a Logistics Solution Coordinator, later taking on roles as a Logistics Team Lead and Area Manager. In 2017, they became the Owner and CEO of both Trident Industries and Trident Power Solutions LLC.
Kyle Valway attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance.
