Rumpa Dey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Trident Realty since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rumpa worked as an HR Manager at Raw Mango - India from October 2017 to August 2021, and as an HR Specialist at HTC India from April 2015 to October 2017, managing HR services across the South Asia region. Rumpa's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Consultant for BRIDGE School of Management from March 2014 to April 2015 and a summer internship as an HR Executive at Barista Coffee Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Rumpa holds an MBA in HR from IIPM (2012-2014) and a BBA in HR from IEM (2009-2012).
