Lilly Peterson

Lilly Peterson is a highly experienced environmental professional with a focus on compliance and operational oversight in the field of environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the Director of EHS Alaska Operations at Trident Seafoods since January 2022, Lilly is responsible for NPDES application preparation, permit compliance program development, and training personnel for essential compliance functions. Previous roles include Environmental Compliance Inspector at Seattle Public Utilities, where Lilly inspected businesses for stormwater code compliance, and Multnomah County Sanitarian/Site Development Inspector for the City of Portland, approving on-site wastewater treatment system permits. Other significant experience includes positions at the Department of Energy & Environment, the State of Nevada, and the City of Boulder. Lilly holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science with a minor in Chemistry from Alma College.
