Lottie MacCallum

Lottie MacCallum is an accomplished marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Operations at Trident Search since November 2022, Lottie has been integral in supporting organizations in building high-performing teams through a successful track record in search and recruitment. Prior to this, Lottie held key marketing roles at Crown Agents, where responsibilities included the creation and execution of marketing strategies, and at Marsh & Parsons, focusing on community relations across multiple branches. Lottie's earlier experiences also include roles at Pod Food as a Marketing Executive and as a Talent Development Executive at Inspiring Interns. Lottie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Exeter.
