Dr. Tina Marie Lamb

Dr. Tina Marie Lamb is an experienced educator and consultant specializing in human resource management and business education. Currently serving as a full-time faculty member and department chair at Trident University International since July 2009, Dr. Lamb teaches various HRM and business courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additional roles include adjunct faculty positions at Purdue Global, Columbia College, and Northern State University, where Dr. Lamb teaches graduate and undergraduate marketing and business courses. As a consultant for Global Motives, LLC, insights are provided to enhance leadership and management skills. Dr. Lamb possesses a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University and holds multiple advanced degrees in business and human resource management, emphasizing a strong academic foundation paired with practical experience in various educational and consulting roles.
