John Thorburn

John Thorburn is an experienced educator with a robust background in foreign languages, humanities, and curriculum management. Since July 2015, John has served as the Director of K-12 Foreign Languages and Humanities at Responsive Education Solutions, where responsibilities include curriculum development and teacher training. John has also held adjunct instructor positions at Trident University International, Liberty University, and Ashford University, teaching courses in English and Philosophy. Previous roles include a position as an Associate Professor of Classics at Baylor University, where John managed faculty, budgets, and departmental accreditation. John holds a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with multiple advanced degrees in related fields from Texas Tech University and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Baylor University.
