A people-focused leader for over two decades, Pooja Luthra is a known name in the field of behavioural insights. With a formal degree in Psychology from Chicago, IL, Pooja has spent her career with CXOs in North America, MENA and APAC, helping them build organizations they dream of. In her two-decade association with Trident, she has contributed in various forms whether being a board member or a strategic advisor towards optimising ‘human sigma’: defined as the optimal interaction between employees and customers in a traditionally capital intensive industry with a progressive vision. Her work has transcended across functions leaving a lasting impression on everyone she collaborates with - both internally and externally. A thought leader in her domain, Pooja is also a published author, an entrepreneur and has made them proud on many national and international forums She was recently chosen the Woman Leader of the Year in Consulting at the Asian African Leadership Forum and Awards 2021.
