William Latham is an experienced naval architect and marine engineer, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tridentis Advanced Marine Vehicles LLC. since January 2018, where William is developing an autonomous surface vessel and preparing to design an autonomous underwater vehicle for NOAA. Concurrently, William holds the position of Senior Naval Architect / Marine Engineer / Program Manager at Tridentis since July 2015, working on advanced SES platform development for the US Navy. Previous roles include Senior Naval Architect at BMT Designers & Planners, Inc., Program Manager / Senior Naval Architect at Alion Science and Technology, and Senior Systems Engineer/Test Engineer at John J. McMullen Associates. William’s extensive career also includes senior architect positions at Oceaneering, ADI Technology, and Stanley Associates, along with a foundational role as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Latham holds a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture.
